When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, role, email, phone number, city/region, area of interest, and any message you include. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to set up that relationship.
We use privacy-focused, cookie-free web analytics to understand aggregate site usage (e.g., which pages are visited, general geographic region, referring site). This does not identify you individually, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an IT Health Check, or deliver a scoped proposal. We keep this information only as long as needed for those purposes, or for the duration of a client relationship plus a reasonable retention period afterward for our own recordkeeping.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the contact form is processed by Formspree. Both providers receive the information necessary to deliver the site and route your message to us; we don't sell or share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes. Neither provider guarantees Canada-only data residency for this website's own hosting and form-processing infrastructure; this is separate from the data residency commitments we make for client engagements, which are covered in our FAQ and data processing agreements.
